Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at AyurFit Mantra. We take great pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (Ayurvedic health supplements and consumables), we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

Acceptable Reasons for Return: We accept returns only if:

The product you received is damaged or leaking.

The product is expired upon delivery.

You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.

Issues related to personal taste/preference.

Consultation fees (Dr. Sarabjit Kaur’s consultation services are non-refundable once the session has taken place).

2. Return Window
You must notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@ayurfitmantra@gmail.com within 7 days.

Provide Proof: Please attach your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product.

Approval: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the package back (if a return pickup is required) or process a replacement immediately.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo proof is verified), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Pre-paid Orders: Refunded to the original source.

COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Our Fault (Damage/Wrong Item): We will bear the cost of return shipping or arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

Customer’s Fault (Incorrect Address/Unclaimed): If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to collect the package, we will refund the product cost minus the forward and return shipping charges.
6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been dispatched via Shiprocket, it cannot be cancelled.
7. International Orders
For orders shipped outside India:

We do not offer returns on international orders due to high shipping and customs costs unless the product received is heavily damaged.

If customs in your country detains or rejects the package, we are not liable to offer a full refund. Please ensure you check your country’s import regulations for Ayurvedic supplements before ordering.
